GuardW software comes with a free trial version aimed at allowing you to test the software before purchase. These free trial versions allow you to test the functionality of the program with no limitations. At the same time, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. We are unable to cancel orders after the 15-day period since this is a “try-before-you-buy” system. Refunds may also only be given under the following circumstances:

Accepted Circumstances

Requested refunds will be made to the original account used to make the payment and may only be offered under the following circumstances:

  • You paid twice or more times for one product due to technical problems with the payment platform or other technical reasons. In this case, GuardW will only charge once for one product and will refund the additional payments.
  • You have purchased the same product twice or purchase two products with similar functions. GuardW will refund the purchase price of one of the products or exchange one product for you.
  • You do not receive the registration code within 24 hours after purchase and haven’t received a timely response (within 48 hours) from the GuardW support team after contacting the support center. In this case, GuardW may cancel the order and offer a refund at your request.
  • You are unaware that it is an auto-renew order and you didn’t receive the auto-renew notification in your email inbox before the auto-renew occurred. You should contact us within 7 days of the auto-renewal, and we will offer a refund.
  • In the event that the software purchased has terminal technical problems, and no solution was provided within 30 days.

It is also important to note that once the refund has been issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated and you will be required to uninstall the software from your computer.

Circumstances of No Refund

We will not be able to issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Purchase of wrong products, followed by the purchase of products from another company.
  • Refund request based on dissatisfaction caused by misunderstanding of the product’s functions and capabilities.
  • You did not receive order confirmation e-mail and registration code in time, and didn’t try online support or contact staff assistance.
  • Request refund for technical trouble, but fail to cooperate by providing details for troubleshooting.
  • If you change your mind after purchase.

Refund Procedure

You can send your refund request at support@guardwatcher.com We will reply you within 24 hours. We do not accept refund requests made in any other way. We are open to comments and suggestions at any time and we are always willing to make concessions to reach the best possible solution for any problems with our products.

Chargeback

In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of any subscription plan(s), you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us. Account’s reactivation is processed at our discretion and only after our receipt of the unpaid purchase(s). Charges for the service(s) which use our credit card payment processor will be identified on your credit card statement. Fees, incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a Payment Provider, and disputes that require accounting or legal services shall be covered by you.
